It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Szwedzinski (Courtice, Ontario), who passed away on September 22, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Joseph is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joseph's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Loving; his daughter Andrea Cammisuli; and his grandchildren, Brooke and Hudson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Courtice Funeral Chapel (1587 Durham Regional Hwy 2, Courtice, ON L1E2R7). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Princess Margaret Hospital would be appreciated.
