We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Sandra Gayle Sweet of Courtice, Ontario, born in Oshawa, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Lloyd and Marguerite Sweet; her brother Lawrence Sweet; her nephews, Gregory Sweet and Scott Sweet; and her pet Velvet.

She is survived by : her sisters, Norma Sweet and Beverly (Gordon Gierman); her sister-in-law Gail Sweet; her nieces and nephews, Wendy Sweet, Laura-Lynn (Kevin Stephens) and Brenda (Kevin Eccles); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley Stephens, Quinn Hasenhindl, Brody Stephens, Cameron Eccles and Caleb Eccles.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Oshawa Funeral Home (847 King St W, Oshawa, ON L1J2L4). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 at 10:30 AM.

Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association or Charity of your choice would be appreciated.
