With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shannon Shane Gillis (Courtice, Ontario), who passed away on November 3, 2022 at the age of 63. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shannon Shane Gillis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Flora Gillis and Charles Cardis McBurney; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Harvey Fish and Nicole Simone Paradis. He is survived by : his sons, Kyle (Megan) and Ryan (Evelyn); his grandchildren, Kale, Talia, Hassan, Georgina and Brielle; his siblings, John Gillis (Debbie), Tom McBurney (Ben Wang), Ed McBurney (Karin) and Edna Dyer (Paul); his uncle Henry; and also Lili. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, his cousins, and his Aunt.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Multiple Myeloma Canada would be appreciated and can be made through Courtice Funeral Home.
