She was predeceased by: her parents, James Irwin Matthew Sexsmith and June Dorothy Johns. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Collins; her husband Jim (Jim); her daughter Melissa; her pet Wynnie; and her siblings, Robert (Dorothy), James, Diana (Larry) and Sharon (Raymond). She is also survived by extended family, friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Courtice Funeral Chapel (1587 Durham Regional Hwy 2, Courtice, ON L1E2R7).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Durham Region in Susan's memory.
