He was predeceased by : his father Glenn Hargrave; his stepfather Gordon Blackburn; and his stepbrother Brent Blackburn (Peggy). He is survived by : his mother Helen Blackburn; his brother Alex Hargrave (Peggy); his cousins, Karen Mackie (Eric) and Peggy Hughes Sturgess (Bob); and his stepsiblings, Greg Blackburn (late Valerie), Kevin Blackburn (Heather), Gail Blackstock and Randy Blackburn (Sylvia). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Frank's memory to the Creemore Food Bank, Creemore Union Cemetery or the Tree Society of Creemore.
