She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Cruickshanks (Lorne) and Violet Cruickshanks (Pat). She is survived by : her husband Vincent Aruthur Murphy (Dink); her children, Vincent Jr. (Evelyn), Pamela, Renee and David (Bee); and her siblings, Cheryl and Don Cruickshanks (Renee). She is also survived by nephews as well as her many brothers and sisters in law.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fawcett Funeral Homes - Creemore Chapel (182 Mill St, Creemore, ON L0M1G0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Jean's name to the Heart & Stoke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society Read Less.
