She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse John Haddad of Cumberland; her children, Lara (Costa Chatjiantoniou), Dena (Russell Seidle) and Tanya (Michael Mastropietro); her parents, Constantine Inati and Mariana Inati of Lebanon; and her siblings, Yousef Inati (Ezme), Aminy Audi (late Alfred), Shams Inati, Souad Najjar (Elias), Adlette Inati (Nassim Khoriaty), George Inati, Hanna Inati (Najwa) and Yakub Inati (Mona). She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews, friends.
In memory of Afifa, donations to St. Elias Cathedral or Ottawa Hospital Foundation-cancer unit would be appreciated.
