He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dowd and Florence Dowd; and his sister Debbie. He is survived by: his children, Nadine (Leon Chambers) and Justin; and his siblings, Dave, Carol and Kenneth. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
