She was predeceased by: her siblings, Martin (Janice Carbone), Eloise Carbone, Michael Carbone, Louise O'Rourke, Pat O'Rourke, Barb O'Rourke, Joe (Betty O'Rourke), Gerard (Sandy O'Rourke) and Mary (Jim MacGregor); her parents, Thomas Carbone and Leah Carbone (Fabbro); her parents-in-law, Dennis and Clare O'Rourke (Dietrich); and her in-laws, Louis, Helen Carbone, David Carbone, Phyllis O'Rourke Gwen O'Rourke, Glenn O'Rourke, Mike O'Rourke and Wayne O'Rourke.

She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" Leo O'Rourke; her children, Sean O'Rourke (Nicola), Lee O'Rourke and Justin O'Rourke; and her grandchildren, Shaelyn O'Rourke, Evan O'Rourke and Sarah O'Rourke. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
