He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Earl and Verna Odelia Zirk (Vincent). He is survived by: his wife Linda Mae Zirk (Overholt); his children, Darren Zirk Firman (Lisa Francis) of Hensall, Mae Overholt (Paul Keleher) of Guelph and Tina Overholt (Rick Hurl) of Waterloo; his siblings, Glen Zirk of Dashwood, Kim Overholt (Bill Overholt), Bob Overholt of Dunnville, Roy Overholt of Burlington, Anne Basler of Clinton, Barb Roberts of London, Ruth Bissett (Mike), Doris Smith (Bruce) and Gary Ashenden of Welland; and his siblings-in-law, John Overholt (Fred Basler) and Nancy Ashenden.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home (118 Dashwood Main St, Dashwood, ON N0M 1N0). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
