She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Vlasak and Magdalena Vlasak. She is survived by: her fiancé Dave Gallagher; her children, Christopher (Ashley) and Tara (Andrew); her brother John Vlasak; and her nieces and nephews, Kim, Roger, Don and Sandra.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Deep River Community Church (115 Deep River Rd, Deep River, ON K0J1P0).

In lieu of flowers, Eva would have encouraged you to make time to create art, sing a song, walk among the trees, or do a little more than yesterday to support the fight against climate change.
