The passing of George McQuade (Deep River, Ontario) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 2, 2025 at the age of 70. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, George is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that George's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Merva McQuade; and his parents, Donald McQuade and Jean McQuade. He is survived by: his close friend Rosemary; his children, Amy Lively (Jeff) of Chelmsford and Skye Winters (Logan) of Nanaimo, BC.; his siblings, Gordon (Kay) of Peterborough, Barbara Polak (Don) of North Bay and Robert of Port Alberni, BC.; and his stepmother Joan McQuade (Denovan).
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Deep River Community Church (115 Deep River Rd, Deep River, ON K0J1P0).
