He was predeceased by: his parent Donna-Lee Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Owen and Jaden Sullivan; his parent Thomas Sullivan (Anita Fuko) of Newbury; his aunt Kelly Bax (John) of Dorchester; his cousin Duane Sullivan of Ottawa; and his daughters, Brooke, Leah Sullivan (Tom) of Gatineau and Tara Walker (Dan) of Deep River.
