He was predeceased by: his parents, Jyotish Chandra Pandit and Usha Rani Pandit; and his wife Madhusri Pandit. He is survived by: his son Orijit Pandit; and his daughter-in-law Anjali Pandit.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the The Bears Den.
