He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila; his sister Kate Rouse; and his parents, Simon Hubert and Phyllis Harriet Blore. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathryn Baird (Ivan) and Judith Plante (Daniel); his sister Jennifer Bateman; his grandchildren, Derek Baird (Claire), Julie Nika (Lampros), Melanie Plante (Mitch) and Sarah Plante (Patrick); and his great grandchildren, Jacqueline, Iris, Ginny, Theodore, Felix and Faye.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Meals On Wheels program from the North Renfrew Long Term Care Centre, Deep River in Michael's memory would be appreciated.
