He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Mike Croft, Ron Gostick, Thomas Harpley and Katherine Donovan; his niece Lisa Donovan; and his parents, John Donovan and Doris Donovan (McClelland).

He is survived by: his children, Lana Beamish and Darren Donovan; his grandchild Logan Beamish; and his siblings, Robert of Bancroft, Randal (Ida) of Milestone, Wanda Gostick (Earl Reid) of Flesherton and Jill Harpley (Don Keeting) of Berkeley. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to TCDMHA (Township of Chatsworth & District Minor Hockey Association) or Summit Place Resident's Council would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
