He was predeceased by : his parents, William'Bill' Maracle and Jenny Maracle; his sons, John'Johnny' and Murney; his granddaughter Shayla; and his siblings, Clifford, Louise, Margaret and Anson.

He is survived by : his wife Evelyn.
