He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Green and Marion Green; and his brothers, Paul and James. He is survived by: his children, Matthew, Corrina, Joshua and Julia; his grandchildren, Madeline, Ethan, Isabella, Dawson, Eva and Emma; his siblings, Tom Donna Green (Donna), Kathy Leween, Karen Green, Peter Green and Jack Green (Dorothy); his sister-in-law Sandy; and his close friend Sherry Green. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
