She was predeceased by: her spouse Pat O'Brien; her parents, Robert Skitteral and Katherine Skitteral; and her brothers, Bill and Edward.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn (Mike), Anne (Don), Maureen (Isaac), Teresa (Tom) and Sean (Isabelle); her grandchildren, Lindsay, Justin, Brittany, Tommy, Susan, Neil, Jimmy, James, Oceanne, Nathaniel, Annabelle and Simon; and her great grandchildren, Sam, Julianna and Marley. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the John M. Parrott Centre in memory of Rose.

I had the privilege of visiting her in john parrott several times & as recently as nov. 2nd just before we left for fl. She was a great lady & will be missed by all. Our prayers are with her family.
