With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alex David Hoxar of Dorchester, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily McLachlin and Alex Hoxar; his aunts and uncles, John Gallagher (late Ruth), Samuel Gallagher (Agnes), Gordon Gallagher, Jean Lindsay (late Kenneth) and Margaret Weiss (late Elmer); and his siblings-in-law, Donald Wilson (late Florence), Jack Wilson (late Eunice), Pearl Harkes (Bill) and Dorothy Caldwell (late Jack).
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Hoxar; his children, Jeff Hoxar (Connie) of Lucan, Lisa Hoxar (Mike) of Dorchester and Brad Hoxar (Karen) of Dorchester; his grandchildren, Michelle Gordon (Darryl), Josh Buchanan, Andria Gover (Kyle), Alexis Hoard (Tanner), Brooke Deane, Brett Lammers (Kylie), Ethan Hoxar, Timothy Wallace and Mary-Jane Wallace; his sisters-in-law, Gladys McVittie (late Harvey), Lucy Wolfe (Wally), Margaret Bennett (late Earl) and Caroline Boyse (Ron); and his close friend Lucy Wolfe (Sue Campbell). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
