She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Walter Slingerland (Nancy) and Darlene Slingerland (Dan); her grandchildren, Nicole (Jake), Michelle, Riley, Reece, Hannah, Amber, Evelyn and James; her parents, Johannes Okkerman and Maria Okkerman; and her caregivers, Deb and Lucy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mcfarlane & Roberts Funeral Home (2240 Wharncliffe Rd S, London, ON N6P1P8).
Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society in memory of Johanna.
