He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Sr. Wilkins and Annie Wilkins; and his wife Carol. He is survived by: his sisters, Vivian and Sylvia; his daughters, Kristin and Cheri; and his grandsons, Cole, Andrew and Joshua. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Through his daughter Kristin, grandson Cole, and friend Rick, Ralph's enthusiasm for cars and his contributions to racing will endure.
