She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Tarzwell; and her sister Irene. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ann Barnes (Richard), Susan, Cheryl Simpson (late Rory) and Elaine Hummell (late Martin).

In her memory, donations may be made to St. Luke's Church in Ridgeway.
