He was predeceased by: his spouse Clara Willmore (Blair); his parent Alice Willmore (Stebbings); and his brothers, Tom Willmore, John Willmore and Ted Willmore.

He is survived by: his parent Roy Willmore; his children, Bill Willmore (Lucy) of Dover Centre, Ted Willmore of Chatham, Becky Stather (Jim) of Belleville, Linda Sato (Jay Webber) of Las Vegas and Judy Tetreault; and his sibling Muriel Langstaff. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
