She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Donald Earl Briggs; her children, Glenda (late Zoel McLaughlin), Nancy (Druve Sookram), Norma (Jamie Nelder), Ruth (David Laari), Joyce (Wayne Ferris), Laurel (Lloyd Crocker) and Chitra Persaud; her grandchildren, Krista, Melissa, Angela McLaughlin, Sarah, Shawna, Stephanie, Jordan Sookram, Amy, Christopher, Jessica Nelder, Melinda, Vanessa Laari, Samuel, Joanna, Caleb Ferris, Emma, Rebekah, Rachel Crocker, Xena, Kyra and Dana; her parents, Henry Schneider and Ida Schneider (Lewis); and her siblings, Dorothy Todd (Pat), Myrtle Ostrom (George), Barbara Cole (Manson) and Beverley Stead (Wayne). She was also cherished by loving nieces and nephews.
