He was predeceased by: his parents, Yvette Laurin and Leon Bouchard (Maurice); and his brothers, Roger and Denis Bouchard. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Lindberg; his children, Courtenay Bouchard (Mariana) and Nicole Morgan (Christopher); his grandchildren, Brodin, Brianna Morgan, Bryn, Penelope and Kai Bouchard; his siblings, Helene Riabov, Michelle Gonneau, Ron Bouchard and Claude Bouchard; and his son-in-law Christopher.

Instead of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Autism Ontario.
