He is survived by: his spouse Audrey Borth (Lowes); his children, Anne Marie (Stephen), Patti (Aaron), Dave Jr. and Sandy; his grandchildren, Natalka, Kalina, Eva, Sydney, Zachary, Sebastien, Christopher and Reagan; his great grandchildren, Ian and Gavin; and his siblings, Marie Bouwknegt of Gowanstown and Sparky Bouwknegt of Gowanstown.
