He was predeceased by: his spouse Mina; his parents, Jan Krul and Hilligje Dekker; his in-laws, Willem van Lenthe and Tryntje Kok; his siblings, Geesje (Gerrit) and Jan (late Tryntje); and his siblings-in-law, Tiem (Marry) and Grace (John).
He is survived by: his children, John, Diana of Arthur, Bill, Jane of Elmwood, Fred, Cindy of Arthur, Teresa, Paul of Waterloo, Susan, Mike of Priceville, Sylvia and Dan of Kitchener; his grandchildren, Jen, Steve, Jeff, Elissa, Leah, Tyler, Tracy, Mike, Trish, Ryan, Marielle, James, Steph, Rosie, Sarah, Alex, Amy, Jocelyn, Kevin, Alison, Kyle, Mackenzie, Stephanie, Nicole, Noah, Matthew and Tena; his sister Roelie (Roelof); and his siblings-in-law, Riek (late Geert TenKate) and Bill (Joanne).
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Drayton Reformed Church (74 Wellington St S, Drayton, ON N0G1P0).
