She was predeceased by: her spouse Laverne McIntosh; her brothers-in-law, Ken Schnarr and Don; her parents, Anthony Eisenmenger and Margaret Eisenmenger; her grandsons, Mackenzie Keith and Ronald Laverne; her siblings, Melvin (Marlene Eisenmenger), Russell (Gladys Eisenmenger), Frances Eisenmenger, Helen Schnarr and Gladys (Wes Beacom); and her siblings-in-law, Milton, Mildred McIntosh, Lloyd McIntosh and Marjorie Peters.

She is survived by: her children, Keith of Drayton, Debbie McIntosh of Drayton, Don of Drayton, Brenda McIntosh of Drayton, Patricia of Drayton, Kelly Lutz of Drayton, Jamie and Tammy McIntosh of Stratford; her grandchildren, Melissa, Jeff Taylor, Vanesse, Stefan Soderman, Jarrod, Ivana McIntosh, Kimberly McIntosh, Rebecca, Dave Arndt, Trent, Ashley Lutz, Nicole, Jason Kipfer, Stacey Mcintosh and Drew Ferris; her great grandchildren, Naomi, Brooklyn, Alexis, Norah, Penelope, Soren, Genevieve, Elodie, Chase and Emily; and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Eisenmenger, Marilyn McIntosh and Christine McIntosh.
