She was predeceased by: her mother Filomena Costa; and her brother Paul Costa. She is survived by: her spouse Darko Najcler; her children, Jeff Freitas (Elizabeth) and Joey Freitas; her grandchildren, Rebecca and Keiran; her father Manuel Costa; her siblings, Joe Costa, Bel Medeiros (Nelson), Mike Costa and Carlos Costa (Tammy); and her nephews, Adam (Amanda), Nathen, Josh (Rachael), Ann-Marie (Abigail) and Noah (Anna).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (20 Wellington St S, Drayton, ON N0G1P0). A prayer was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 5:45 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church (12 Union St, Drayton, ON N0G1P0).
In Lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy donations to Wellington Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
