It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Grace McVean of Dresden, Ontario, who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ethel Grace McVean to pay them a last tribute.

Though Ethel Grace has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate our lives in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles McLure and Susan McLure (Moniger); her husband T. S. (Ted); and her siblings, Glenna Latimer (Russell), Jean Cameron (Duncan) and Donald McLure (Evelyn).

She is survived by : her son John (Toronto); her granddaughter Amanda McVean (Patrick) of Calgary; and her stepgrandson Charles McPhail (Peggy) of Ottawa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Christ Church (350 St George St, Dresden, ON N0P1M0).
