He was predeceased by: his parents, Abram Neufeld and Helena Neufeld (Fehr). He is survived by: his wife Katharina; his children, Helena Bergen (David), Abram Neufeld (Justina), Katharina Thiessen (George), Maria Harder (Benjamin), Jacob Neufeld (Elizabeth), Elizabeth Thiessen (Isaac), Sarah Neufeld, Aganetha Bergen (Willy) and Anna Bergen (Wilhelm); and his siblings, Peter, Abram, David Neufeld and Helen Klassen. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre (679 North St, Dresden, ON N0P1M0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Dresden Old Colony Mennonite Church (10222 McCreary Line, Dresden, ON N0P1M0).
