He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Smith-Oke and Norma Smith-Oke (Davis); his wife Laura Lee Smith; and his sister Linda (Bob Hedden). He is survived by: his son Brady Smith; his siblings, Sandra (Neil Marchand), Dianne (Larry DeFraeye) and Tracy (Jason Hedden); and his parents-in-law, Evelyn and George Smith.
