Howard Holdaway Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Holdaway of Duart, Ontario, who passed away on July 24, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Howard Holdaway to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Holdaway and Verda Holdaway (Smith); his sister Cathy Watson; and his nephew Jeff Watson. He is survived by: his wife Tina Holdaway (van Oirschot); his child Beven Holdaway; his brother-in-law Bob Watson; his parents-in-law, Bill and Natalie van Oirschot; his siblings-in-law, Bill van Oirschot Jr. (Mel), Natalie Fletcher (Brent), Nikki van Oirschot, Darryl van Oirschot, Bryon van Oirschot (Leeann) and Robyn Perkins (Gene); and his grandchildren, Noah, Josh, Nolan and Kennedy. He is also survived by friends, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Blenheim Community Funeral Home (60 Stanley St, Blenheim, ON N0P1A0). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (470 Talbot St E, Blenheim, ON N0P1A0).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Howie's memory can be made to Chatham-Kent Hospice, whose incredible care gave him peace and comfort in his final days.
