He was predeceased by: his daughters, Shelley, Wendy (Brad) and Karen (Jim); his stepchildren, Chris (Cyndy), Sandy and Mandy; and his siblings, Joan, Glenn and Audrey.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his brother Stuart.
The family is grateful for the compassionate care provided during Barry's illness and asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his memory to Carpenter Hospice in Burlington or St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton.
