He is survived by: his stepchildren, Paul, Micah, Simon, Emily, David, Keisha, Sally, Frank, Gavin and Amanda; his grandchildren, Johnny, Sunny, Matthew, Ella, Jack, Molly, Jamie, Anna and Oscar; his son Eric; and his nieces, Liz and Rachael.
