He was predeceased by: his parents, David Smith and Lorraine Smith; and his daughters, Amanda and Shelley Smith. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Sheila (Cory), Melissa (David), Shane, Amber and Todd; his pets, Sadie and Maggie; and his siblings, Eddie (Karen), Scott (Pauline), Danny (Robyn), Dennis (Sue) and Kerry. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 16 nieces and nephews.
