It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Pamela Cox of Dundas, Ontario, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Phillips and Joan Phillips. She is survived by : her husband Hunter Lawrence Cox; her brother Kenneth Phillips; her children, Darrell Hunter Cox (Robin) and Deborah Frances Cox (Curtis); her grandchildren, Egan, Seraphina Cox, Leah, Owen and Simon Biehler; and her friend Shirley'. She is also survived by her family, friends.

“It is so hard to say goodbye to such a vibrant engaging lovely person. Our visits with her and Lawrie were always full of wide-ranging conversation and lots of laughter. She made sure we had chances to sightsee (even to the point of persuading McGlaughlin (sp?) House staff opening up the place just for us. She organized family get-togethers when we came East from BC, such thoughtfulness. Her family was so blessed to have her, and we were blessed and made better for knowing her. Gloria Novak”
