She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert; and her children, David Willis (Diane) and Marilyn Gater. She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Ruth Giles (Ian) and Joan Richardson; her grandchildren, Kim (Duane), Brad (Terri), Todd (Becky), Geoff, Rob (Dawn), Kelly, Amanda, Amie (Steve) and Jocelyn (Cam); and her brother George Bowman (late Joan). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Memorial donations in memory of Arlene can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 36, Dundas.
