He was predeceased by : his mother Vera Mann Kerridge. He is survived by : his wife Kathy; his children, Heather and Mark (Christie); his sister Wendy (Mike Pilon); his nieces, Lori (Jay), Melanie and Ashley (Steve); and his nephew Chris Duckett (Karen).
