Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Karen Elizabeth Mooney (Dundas, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 74, on December 19, 2025. In the sacred silence of farewell, Karen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Karen's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Teresa; her parents, Arthur Penny and Ruby Penny; and her siblings, Tom and Brenda.

She is survived by: her husband David Mooney; her grandchildren, Amanda (Daniel) and Dakota (Ciarra); her son Steven; and her siblings-in-law, Linda and John Hlohinec. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the PACE Program, as it was very near and dear to Karen's heart.
