She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Russell (Matt Schaffer); and her siblings, Jane Case, Marie Hiusser, Ken and Keith Stirling.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Russell (Meg) of Dundas and Melissa Muro (Ralph) of Fort Erie; her grandchildren, Richard Russell (Charlene), Cameron Russell, Rachel Haig (Jamie) and Anthony Muro; her great grandchild Theo Haig; her siblings-in-law, Bob and Shirley Russell; and her friends, Ron and Bill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
