He was predeceased by : his former life partner Jean (Miller); his daughter Janice; and his siblings, Jacob (Susan) and Aganetha Andrews (John). He is survived by : his wife Michele; his siblings, Mary Warkentin (Jake), Martha Traikowsky (Syd) and John (Marilyn); and his nephew Ryan VanSickle.

Donations to Shriner Children's Hospital, Montreal, Alzherimer Society, Hamilton/Burlington SPCA or St. Joseph's Hospital would be appreciated by family.
