Yvan Raoul Bureau Obituary
Yvan Bureau passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at his side, on December 04, 2023, at the Niagara Health Hospital in St. Catharines, Ont.
Born in 1938 in the town of Lennoxville in Quebec. He attended McGill University and enjoyed a long career with John Deere Ltd both in Dorval Que. and Grimsby Ont. He retired in 1987 to start a translation business which he operated until his passing.
Yvan was an avid sun worshiper and enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his family.
Yvan is survived by his wife Cecile, his sons Jean (Willma), Denis (Christa), his daughter Lise, grandsons Spencer (Kelsi), Alexander (Rachelle), and Justin, and great-grandchildren Aelyn and Ethan. Yvan's siblings Louisette (Louis), Fernand (D), Margot, Robert, Jean Pierre (D), Jocelynne, Gilles (D), and Michelle, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation has already occurred, a celebration of life to be held at a later date. If you wish, donations to the hospital can be made in memory of Yvan to the Niagara Health Foundation.
