She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Hassey (Marshall) and William Hassey; and her brothers-in-law, Terry Hrankowski and Robert Ireland. She is survived by: her children, Denise Cyr (Joel) of Winnipeg and Darryl Lea of St. Catharines; her siblings, Barbara Hrankowski of Niagara Falls, Linda Kerr (Larry) of Belle River and Bob Hassey (Joan) of Hamilton; her stepchildren, Becky Lightfoot (Dean) of Waterdown, Richard Ireland (Pam) of Port Albert, William Ireland (Tracy) of London, Jeffrey Ireland (Deb) of Belgrave and Robert Ireland (Roberta) of Port Albert; her sisters-in-law, Marie Jamieson of Orangeville and Eva May Ferrier (Lloyd) of Huntsville; and her close friends, Janet McGillicuddy and Jane Ireland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
