He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Frost and Garry Frost. He is survived by: his sibling BJ (John); his nieces and nephews, Johnathan, Jordan (Becca) and Josh Phibbs; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Declan, Cooper, Paisley and Rosie; his uncle Jack Frost (Lynn); his aunt Janet Powell (Rick); his former wife Christine (Kenny); his daughters, Hailey and Kylie (Luke); his granddaughter Ellowyn; his friend Tami; his daughters, Madelynn and Leah; his friend Scott; Emily and Hailey. He is also survived by many cousins, and countless friends.
In honor of David's generous spirit and his love for children and family the family would greatly appreciate memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities.
