He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Donaldson and Corniella Donaldson; and his in-laws, Lorne and Bertha Akins. He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his children, Crystal Loeffen (Mike) and Jeff Donaldson; his granddaughters, Emma and Grace Loeffen; and his brothers, John Donaldson (late Darlene), Edgar Donaldson (Judy), Gordan Akins (Ann) and Dave Akins (Annette). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
