She is survived by : her husband Bill Hoover; her children, Tracy (David Griffiths) and Scott Hoover; her grandchildren, Tyler, Rylie, Brittany and Lincoln; her pet Ozze; and her brothers-inlaws, Doug Hoover and Joe Hoover (Elaine).

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society (cancer.ca) would be appreciated by the family.

“Bill and family, We learned of the passing of Janice yesterday (Aug 6) as we travelled home from our vacation. We remembered just less than a year ago stopping at your home to visit. So glad to have had that time to talk about old times and of your upcoming travel plans for you and Janice. We are so very very sorry to hear of this utterly sad news.
