Jay Michael Holdsworth Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jay Michael Holdsworth (Dunnville, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father George Holdsworth; Trish. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Gavin, Raynor-John, Anthony, Santiago, Dawson and Dorian; his brother Roy (Debbie); his sibling's children, Emily, Janine and Reilly; his mother Ruth Holdsworth (Richard); and his fellow Dunny.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the New Amsterdam Pub (223 Queen St, Dunnville, ON N1A1H8).
