We are sad to announce that, on March 17, 2026, at the age of 89, Larry Dickhout (Dunnville, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Angela; and his son Jim. He is survived by: his son John (Lynn); his grandchildren, Jamie (Sean), Kristen (Mark), Grant and Ben; and his sisters, Nancy (Rick) and Barb (Laverne).

“My sister and I always looked forward to visits with Larry when we spent time with our mother who lives in the same community. Larry was so helpful to her when she first arrived. If we ran into Larry, Mom would re-introduce us (she has severe memory problems) and then tell me that Larry had a great voice. Then she'd ask him to sing. Being the shameless but charming flirt he was, he would croon to her and she, and everyone in earshot, would melt. He will be missed.”
